Can anyone reccomend a relaible and not too expensive web host please. The current host doesn't seem to be up to the job. The website is down rather a lot and is very slow to respond, sometimes taking 10+ seconds. And it has the ridiculous 'cgi limit reached' bug. It costs $1/gig. We need something that can do php.
