How can one FM station be relayed into p2pstreamer ?thanks

As you wrote in the other tread a fm tuner card to receive the station and than encode the line in signal using oddcast.
Maybe the station already has a mp3/ogg/nsv/aac internet stream you can relay directly using streamers buildin relay functionality (Bcast / Sources).
