I'm a newbie, trying to broadcast.
I've followed the steps of the tutorial and the results are
- streamer p2p works
- winamp with dsp 3.0 works

but...

they didn't work together

i've chosen an ID and a password in broadcasting menu (the same password i used in server configuration)... but my winamp never connect to stremaerp2p showing "broadcasting". It just says "no stations tuned" just like i can only listen. These 2 softwares seem to ignore each other :(

Can you tell me where is the problem? Can't undersand...

thanks

If you are using the same password in both Winamp and Streamer then the only other ting I can think of would be the ports. If you are using the default ports in Streamer then make sure port 8000 is used in Winamp.

So many times in the past this has been the case and what is configued in Streamer is not what is in the IN USE item below the port configuration. If what is configured is in use, then Streamer will move to the next unused port and show that port in the IN USE box under the config item.
