WHat are you seeking? Possibly coincidentally that station went offline? Your information here is a back vague.

If it says seeking source, then it's trying to tune to another station. You can't be tuning to a station and connect a broadcasting encoder. It won't work and may cause Streamer to crash. Evidently you have set a favorite station and it's trying to tune that when you start Streamer. You need to find the entry in the stations list that has the # sign and right click and click set as favorite to clear that # sign. Most immediately though you can simply click the stop button in the multimedia controls on the lower left side of Streamer.

I suggest that you read through the website again carefully because you may have missed some valuable information on how Streamer works.
