Hi,
i have now install version 1.43 and now i have a new stream id, but now is the online/offline indicator not working.

Ok great, but the most recent version is 1.44
Please install the new version (fresh install, remove the old first).

Search the forum there are some posts about station banner problems and solutions. Where do you host your station banner file?

my id is also very long and i also don't see my station in the streamer stations list on the website

The banner is hosting bij streamer i think

Banner is cached by the Streamerp2p.com website but it must be hosted elsewhere to be read by this site. The onair/offair graphic will not work until you are listing on the website. They both use the same data.

How must i do this that i listing on the website?
And how can i download th pictures? to host is on my own website.
I can't find it in the help text

A station banner is this:


The online offline indicator is hosted by streamer. The station banner needs to be hosted somwhere else. The streamer site just temporary caches the banner.

But there is another problem if your station is not listed on the yp. Whats the name of your station?

The stationame is toonfm

I couldn't connect to your station. Until your station is online you won't show in the YP's

tried to tune in without success. Now you are listed as recently online.

What timezone? western mars time?
We all live in different timezones. Please add a timezone (GMT +/- X) for example i'm from germany thats GMT + 1

My station is only saturdays from 15:00 till sunday 23:00 hour (gmt +1)

my station is now on air
i don't see it on the streamerp2p page

Hi anton,
there is no reason to open a second tread for your problem under the same topic "broadcaster support" I deleted your extra tread with the same question you already asked here. To flood the forum with your requests doesn't speed up the processing.

I can tune into your station without problems. Be sure you can reach yp.streamerp2p.com from your pc.

Search the forum for "yp image" and read the postings already there for your problem for example this one

Anton, You are giving us so little informaiton that it's hard to figure out what your problem with listing might be caused by. It's as if we are supposed to read your mind as to what firewall you have, what operating system or anything else that might cause Streamer to be BLOCKED from accessing yp.streamerp2p.com on port 80.

I can not and will not longer support you via PM messages to me as I have little time as it is. The PM method also offers NO ONE ELSE to be able to help you with this. I am no expert but I can say that many times when the listing didn't work the problem was with the firewall on the machine and many times it was Norton Internet Security that was misconfigured through some autoconfig or popup that someone hit BLOCK to.

Please continue your posts for this problem in this thread so that others may help you. If you still desire one on one personal help with this problem, we can hook up via IM and I will meter the time and send you an invoice at my normal IT support rates.

Please test if you can access yp.streamerp2p.com, read my previous post, check the link to the other forum tread. At last give us more information about your setup (firewall)
